I haven't been posting much lately, but that doesn't mean nothing has
been happening. I've spent the last few weeks prepping the walls and
ceiling in the second bedroom and now we have some color.
Next up for this room is refinishing the floors, painting the trim and
doors, installing new baseboard trim and casing around the doors, and
finding some new window coverings.
We'll also have to decide what to do about the line between the wall
and ceiling colors. Note the rounded ceiling on two sides of the
room. That makes it difficult to just paint up to the ceiling. We
are thinking either a stencil pattern of some sort or a picture rail.
The picture rail might end up being easier to do, and easier may come
out the winner at this point.
